Home Eve Camera Status change and distance from Home.

Can anyone tell me how far you need to be from Home and an Eve indoor camera before it changes status?

Eufycam homekit offline I recently bought 2 eufycam 2 cameras which I set up with HomeKit Secure video. The problem is they always go offline, and now they’re only offline. Everything else, including my indoor aquara camera, works perfectly. I have resest the cameras and base station, turned off router and wifi, turned off hubs and it still dosen’t work. When I delete the camera from HomeKit and re-add Them the instantly go offline and stays offline even though I Can still see live feed. I don’t know What to do? There a no problem in the eufy app.

Aqara Camera Hub G2H Hi, I have an issue with HomeKit and the above cameras. I have three of the cameras in total and they work perfectly in the Aqara app. They work perfectly in the HomeKit app as long as I am within the local network, lan or Wi-Fi However when I leave the house and attempt to view the cameras in the home app through 3,4 or 5G I cannot see them, I get the “accessory is not responding” error. If I try to use the Aqara app outside of the local network the cameras work fine. It appears to be a remote access issue to the HomeKit app, although I do have other devices, not camera related, that work both inside and outside of the local network in Homekit and their manufacturer apps can anyone help?
