Apple Watch 18.2 - Alarm in Sleep not working

I use my watch to track my sleep and wake me in the morning. I use the sleep app and had zero issues until recently. Previously, when the alarm would go off, my watch would play the sound and use the haptic tap I selected. I would see an option to snooze or end. If I looked at my phone, I would see the same options. About a week or so ago, the watch stopped playing a sound nor provide a haptic touch. It will display the option to snooze though. I have checked settings and even tweaked my sleep schedule and alarm sounds and nothing worked. It's getting a bit annoying.

Hello Baywatchboy, If you are using the Sleep App for your Alarm then check open the Watch Sleep App > Using the Digital Crown slide down to the LAST Page called Alarm Next Schedule. Look at the bottom of screen for your Alarm time. If it says Wake Up - No Alarm then press that area for the Edit Schedule screen and check to see if Alarm is Turned ON. If you are wearing your watch while you sleep, then the Alarm should sound at your designated time. You will also see when you slide the Alarm ON your desired Sounds & Haptics showing.

Baywatchboy, By chance have you checked the device destination of your Alarm Signal? Could the sound be going to another device like your AirPods? To check click your Side Button below your Digital Crown to bring up your Control Center. Then find the circle triangle icon near the bottom and click it. Does it show sound going to Apple Watch or something else?
