much of my music is greyed out and won’t play across devices
I have an iTunes subscription (or did until yesterday when ironically my payment failed to go through - and I doubt I’ll be renewing it) but despite paying out for years I can’t access most of my music because it’s greyed out. I’ve tried all of the documented fixers I could find : Made sure Sync is turned on for each device, and I have several, they’re all logged into the same account, went into iTunes on a windows pc and tried to turn of Genius. It doesn’t have the option, just to update. It won’t let me because it says my iTunes library isn’t recognised by iCloud Music, the same when I click on the option to update iCloud library. Deleted Genius via the settings. I’ve logged out of iTunes and logged back in during safe mode. All no change. I’ve backed up all devises. An old iPod stores most of my music and I’ve backed it up to my pc and then to the Cloud. Still nothing! I have LOTS of music, both mine and downloaded and it’s driving me crazy. Can anyone suggest anything Please. It seems to be another Apple stuff up, like the Apple Watch where I’ve had 4 nasty falls yet not once has fall detection activated.
