Saving .mp4 files to iPhone 10x with iOS 16.3

I received a txt msg with .mp4 files, touched one and a dialog opens with options: copy, save, …

I touch save. Now the others have a little blue save icon so I touch them too.

my question is: where are the mp4 files saved to?

can I rename the files to something I’ll recognize?

Files app- Ios 16.3.1 Hi, I trying to get video/s from the ''Files'' app on iPhone (iOS 16.3.1) to the ''Photos'' app. When I tried to tap ''...'' in the ''Files'' app and select video/s and try to share and find '' save videos,'' it wasn't there. But when I tapped on that video and saw "save video'' and tapped on it, it says ''Error saving video''. The video is in 1080x1920 mp4 format. I tried to find a solution on YT and here on the apple community post that already existed but didn't find any solution. So I am asking here. Is there any solution to make? I would really appreciate the answer

MP4 files show as white in Files app on iPhone I have a jvc everio GZ-MG27U and I use a sd card reader to put the videos into my phone but when I go to the files app and select the files of the videos, it is just white. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Probably it is downloaded to the Files App.
