MP4 files show as white in Files app on iPhone

I have a jvc everio GZ-MG27U and I use a sd card reader to put the videos into my phone but when I go to the files app and select the files of the videos, it is just white.

In the screenshot posted by you, I could not see any ".MP4" files.
