I was on TikTok and it deleted ‘all I was doing was watching basketball games and videos so it deleted for no reason no I’m going to be mad for ever since I can’t get it back so doing that is wrong and and yall shouldn’t of did it to anyone like me.!
It deleted out of no were I was. Just watching some basketball edit videos

Apps cannot simply delete themselves from your iPhone while you are using them. There are two things you you should check:
To ensure that apps do not offload when you have not used them for 12 days:
Settings > Apps > App Store > scroll to the bottom > Offload Unused Apps > DISABLED
It's also possible that you simply removed the app from. your home screen but it is still in the app library:
