Recovering deleted TikTok account
My TikTok account has been deleted. How can I get it back?

You don't get it back as Congress has passed a law that placed fines on both Google and Apple for allowing any download/redownload of the app in the App Store and the Google Play Store. The Supreme Court has also upheld the law.
About availability of TikTok and ByteDance Ltd. apps in the United States - Apple Support
Things may change if ByteDance decides to divest to a US company, but currently that has not happened. You can access TikTok on the web using Safari, but the days are counting down for TikTok to sell and there are about 63 days left.
