I cannot delete any apps from my phone. It just stores it to my library. I want to remove it from the phone in the library. How do I do that?

Are you part of a Family Plan where the Organizer has Screen Time restrictions on your phone, or do you have them on your phone at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchase > Deleting Apps? This should be set to Allow.

Deleting an App:
Hold your finder on it until it wiggles; then, tap the “X”. Some apps just can’t be deleted, given you location. Also, be certain you close the app. Swipe from the bottom-left corner of your iPhone screen, and then swipe up for each all that prevails.
