How do I completely delete apps on iPhone 8 , not send them to the library?
iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 16
Thanks, Bob. Apparently the “do not allow to delete” was turned on. It must have been on since I purchased the phone years & years ago because I never switched it & have never been able to delete apps of any kind.
Settings- Screen Time - content and privacy restrictions - iTunes and App Store purchases - deleting apps.
Deleting apps was on “do not allow”
Thanks for answering anyway.
I may need to put this on Community since I’ve seen this question may times without an answer.
There are a number of iOS system apps that cannot be deleted, so if an app winds up in the library, you will know that it is one that cannot be deleted the normal way.
