I can't remove apps from my phone

Check your Screen Time restrictions at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps. When this is set to Don't Allow, you will only be able to remove it from the Home Screen like is shown in your screen shot.

Perform the same process in the App Library to delete the app.

You can also long press on an open area on the screen until the icons "wiggle." then, selecting the minus sign will offer Home Screen removal or delete app.

Please can someone with a solution answer!!!

Can't delete from App Library either

Set to "allow" and still can't delete anything. This is so irritating!
