Have you contacted your Legislatures?
They are the ones that represent you and passed the law that is now in effect. Apple must follow those laws.

Currently the law they passed is still in effect and has NOT yet been overturned. You will have to wait and see if any Executive Order can be upheld as we have 3 branches of Government each with their own checks and balances.
Me too , i thought by deleting it and restoring it i could use it . Had i known I would have never deleted it. Why didn’t Apple warn you if you delete you can never get the app again . So frustrating.

I don’t think there was a need for Apple to warn you, the imminent TikTok ban was all over the news. If this is frustrating to you, you can still watch TikTok on the web in the meantime.
Both Apple and Google still face fines for allowing the app in their App stores and that has NOT been lifted.

There has been no change in these fines since the law was enacted by Congress and approved by the Supreme Court. When that would be the case is pure speculation and speculating is not only unhelpful, but not allowed on this Support Site.
TikTok is still currently facing a ban in the US, and we don’t know when it will be available for download again.

While Trump has delayed the Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act (PAFACA) for 75 days, major tech companies such as Apple and Google will still keep TikTok off the App Store to avoid ruinous fines and potential legal liability.
