Brawl Stars not controlled by Screen Time

My son has found a bug that allows him to play Brawl Stars regardless of any restriction I have tried. I have seen may posts in this community’s with the same problem but the answers only give instructions to apply screen time restrictions, while this is not always the problem. In my case, screen time works except for this game. He told that whenever he gets this message of 1 minute left, he closes the app, switches off the phone to switch it on again, and the he can play as many times he wants. Apparently this wouldn’t be possible had he an Android phone, that’s whu I might change his phone. I tried to remove this option of allowing 1 minute and it’s not possible, neither to give 0 minutes to an app on certain days. He has a grave problem of addiction, please fix this bug or give us more tools to control the use of apps!! Thanks
