Screen Time limit is not working for few apps on my child's iPhone

Hi all,

I have been struggling with time limit for a couple of apps only on my kid phone.

everything is properly set as it works for all apps excepting Brawl Stars and YouTube.

I set the limit, when I check the screen time I see the clock icon indicating that it is over time, yet the app is still working. Only happens with these two apps.

Anyone has any idea ?
