iCloud drive upgrade error on iPhone 14 Pro

Unable to turn on iCloud Drive on my iPhone 14 pro. every time I try doing that a dialogue box pops up to upgrade to iCloud Drive and takes me back to Home Screen when upgrade is selected. How can I turn it on?

If you have a Mac Add your Desktop and Documents files to iCloud Drive - Apple Support


If you have a Windows PC: Set up iCloud Drive on your Windows computer

  1. If you do not already have it, get iCloud for Windows. See the Apple Support article Download iCloud for Windows.
  2. On your Windows computer, open iCloud for Windows.
  3. Select iCloud Drive, then click Apply.
  4. To view your iCloud Drive files and folders, open File Explorer, then click iCloud Drive in the Navigation pane.
