After i downgrade from ios 16 to 15.5,facing issues with icloud.Not able to backup whatsapp and icloud drive is stuck on ‘Icloud drive is loading’.Also tried reboot,signing out of icloud and sign in again.Kindly Help

About iCloud Drive
If you use iCloud Drive, your documents aren't included in iCloud Backup. They remain updated and available across your devices because they live in iCloud. If you want to save your iWork files manually, you can save them to your Mac or PC.
If you can't find your iWork documents after you restore your device, go to iCloud.com and check in the iCloud Drive app.
If restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support
For some third-party apps, you may need to download data from the app provider again.
The only solution provided by apple support is to erase your iphone ,set it as a new and don’t restore any backup.This icloud issues is caused by restoring backup.

We'd be happy to help out. If you're having issues connecting to iCloud, we'd suggest getting connected to a Wi-Fi network, as it looks like you're currently on cellular data.
Additionally, the latest software is iOS 15.6, so if you're still in 15.5, it'd be a good idea to get fully updated as well and test things out further.
