We'd be happy to help out. If you're having issues connecting to iCloud, we'd suggest getting connected to a Wi-Fi network, as it looks like you're currently on cellular data.
Additionally, the latest software is iOS 15.6, so if you're still in 15.5, it'd be a good idea to get fully updated as well and test things out further.
