iPhone XS with IOS 18.2.1 shuts down during charging

After system upgrade to IOS 18.2.1 for my iPhone XS, once I plug in the line for charging, the phone die immediately and cannot open.

If I unplug and start the phone, when I see the apple logo and plug the charge line, phone will shutdown in a second with some colorful line.

If I unplug and start the phone, and wait until the phone fully started and then plug the charge line, there are 50% that my phone can charge but 50% died.

Does anyone have same experience?

Have you tried a different cable, power adapter, or wall plug? If those do not help, then I suggest you contact Apple Support for assistance.
