How do I request for a refund from Apple?

I need help? I woke to a notice telling me due to a refund i owe 375 diamonds - they took the 900 I had plus put me in the hole -3750 diamonds!!!!! They said i got a refund Dec, and Aug 7 and 22. I never got a refund in Dec nor Aug 22. I have never bought 4000 diamonds before ever. I gave them my invoices - I received ONE refund for 17.50 on Aug 7 because i didnt receieve anything. 375 diamonds has turned into almost 5000 (900 in my account and I stead of 375 they debited me an additional -3750) no one will look at my receipts or help me? I am sick about this - I dont k ow what to do? You can see I did not order 4000 diamonds nor did I get a refund for it. HD told me to complain to Apple - I don’t know where to go or what to do? It’s like trying to talk to someone who does t speak English

Apple has no control over how many diamonds you have in HayDay. The developer would have got the notice that you were granted a refund and chose to adjust your diamond balance on their own, that was not done by Apple. It would appear that Hay Day incorrectly adjusted your diamond balance and they are the only ones that will be able to resolve the problem. Apple cannot add diamonds to your account.

Having them tell you to complain to Apple simply shows they do not want to help and they know that Apple will not be able to solve the problem either. The complaint you can do is write a review for the app in the App Store to alert other users of what Hay Day did. Many times a developer will respond more positively when they realize that your complaint is also viewed by others.

I keep telling them that and 4x they told me to go to you

I understand that, but it is simply them not willing to provide you with the customer service you need and try to steer you in another direction where a solution is not possible. With Apple you can request a refund like you have done before, but it is unlikely you would be granted another refund. Also on that same reportaproblem site, you can complain about the app, but that is not going to get you your diamonds back.

I would still recommend providing a review on the App Store for that app to alert others and to get the attention of the developers. In some cases, they will seem to find a solution when their behavior is being seen by others. If you want to continue playing that game and giving them money, it is up to you. They obviously don't seem to care.
