iPhone screen randomly starts to glitch turning fully green

I own an iPhone 13 Pro Max I have not dropped it or gotten water on it. The screen just randomly started to glitch, and then just fully turned green. I have tried force restarting it, connecting it to my computer and it gave me an update when I try to update it, it states that an unknown error had occurred. I’ve tried everything.

Everything in my phone is still green. I can turn on my flashlight, my camera. I can listen when I type in my password or when my phone is connected to the charge so everything inside the phone is working, I got a call and heard my ringtone perfectly. The screen is just fully green. What do I do?
