New iPhone 12 from iPhone 6 error message

Error message keeps popping up, especially in Bluetooth area “This device is already associated with an Apple Account. If you turn on automatic downloads with your Apple Account, you cannot auto-download or download past purchases with a different Apple Account for 90 days” either press Cancel or Transfer? My Apple associated account has not changed other than a new phone. I keep pressing Cancel as I don’t want to lose anything. Please advise? Thanks
