iphone 15 pro max wi fi and restarting issue IOS 18.1, 18.2

iphone 15 pro max purchased October 2024 in official store in UAE. After update to IOS 18.1 phone was restarting itself several times a day. Then after update to IOS 18.2 wi-fi connection issue started and also Iphone keep restarting itself none stop until force restart. Wi fi enabling button not active to turn it on.nothing helps. reseted 3 times,erased all data. Recovered software through Itunes without extracting back up also not helped. As of now i can not use wi fi and phone continue keep restarting itself. Battery status is normal. No any error message. Not sure is it software issue or hardware. Hope 18.3 IOS will fix it. Somebody faced with such case. On IOS 17 never noticed such problems.

Modem not restarted at home.because issue is not modem.i cant enable wi fi on mobile to search for netwerok.i just did selfn diagnostic and test results are good so far.in diagnostic mode i was able connect to wi fi. Not clear why i have this problem.i want to believe that it is IOS issue.

Issue is not that it is connected to wi fi and no internet. I cant enable wi fi and turn it on. It can accidentally connect wi fi after several restarts then after couple of minutes go to restart itself non stop and no wi fi again. On IOS 18.2 it became worse. On IOS 11 it was restarting couple of times a day.also was wi fi issue but not so bad. This is 2 month phone and i am totally frustrated. I purchased in Abu Dhabi but live in Azerbaijan so no option go back to store🥺
