Iphone 15 pro max keep restarting and wi fi connection issue after IOS 18.1 and 18.2

My iphone 15 pro max purchased in October 2024 from official Sharaf DG store in Abu Dhabi. As i noticed after IOS 18 update phone keep restarting itself. Wi fi is not connecting or connecting after several restarts then after some time phone keep restarting again.First it was restarting couple of times a day then after ios 18.2 it keep restarting until submit force restart.but after some time it keeps continue reatarting non stop.i erased all data, reset factory settings, recover software from Itunes without extraxting back up but problem still continue! Please advise what it is? Can i count it will be fixed after IOS 18.3? IOS 17 unsigned so no way downgrade.can not understand is it software issue or hardware. On IOS 17 i didnt notice such issue. Phone not broken or fall down.

It may be a hardware (digitizer? other internal component?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service , or make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Giulio
