Missing December 2024 health data on Apple Watch after iPhone transfer

Hi,

On New Year’s Eve out of no where my iPhone 14 Pro Max crashed and suddenly stopped working and I had to a get a new phone IPhone 16 pro max. When transferring all my data I notice it was missing the month of December (2024) and from jan 1st to jan 4th of my health data both on the fitness app and health app. I was wondering if there was anyway to restore this as those were my biggest fitness months and I have a lot of workouts I would like to check in on. I know it may silly to some to care about it but I really do care about it and it would mean a lot to me if there was a way to get the last month of data back. Hope someone is able to help. I called apple support earlier but I didn’t really get anywhere. Kind regards,
