Why did Green Dot bank restrict my Apple Cash account?

Green Dot Bank just randomly permanently restricted my apple cash after I tried to verify my identity… Apple needs to find a better bank to partner with because this is not it. I called and spoke with a supervisor and their decision is definite. Why can’t you speak to Apple on this? Why does it have to be Green Dot?

The next day my account was restricted. Now after speaking with Green Dot my account is permanently closed and they have no explanation. I can use apple pay without a problem. Someone please help

Apple Cash restricted forever?? I set up my Apple Cash by linking my Huntington Bank card I put in my full Social Security my full date of birth, and my card was successfully linked. However, my Apple Cash is now restricted. I called their appropriate Apple support and they stated that it is been permanently restricted and cannot be changed. I have never sent anything on Apple Cash and inquired to why it was restricted, I talk to supervisor, and she said the same thing that my account has been restricted due to suspicious activity, but could not tell me why I stated that I put my full Social Security number, date of birth in my information and my debit card information and you sitting here and telling me that I am now restricted after all that information?there’s nothing you can do about it? And then the supervisor simply hangs up on me. What is there to do to fix this?

Apple Cash restricted permanently I've always used Apple Cash for online purchases or for tap in store. But my account got permanently restricted just because I wanted to add 50 bucks in my account. Supposedly “it wasn’t” me so it restricted me, and when I tried to verify it was me I had gotten permanently restricted.

Apple isn't a bank. Despite the name, they don't handle Apple Cash. Green Dot does it all.
