How can I resolve call forwarding issues on my iPhone 16 Pro?

typing *#21# in the iPhone dialer all categories failed and says that everything is being forwarded but checking in the phone settings my phone number is missing in the forward calls menu. No option to forward the calls any help will be appreciated! It almost seems as though my calls are already being forwarded some where! And I was a victim of a sim swap on Xfinity network a couple weeks back!

If your Cellular Service provider supports it, you can set up Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Calls, hotspots, and Voice Mail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.


The Hotspot is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.


VoiceMail is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you. Voicemail, Visual Voicemail, and Voicemail transcription are available from select carriers in select countries or regions.


WiFi Call is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
