"Sleep" mode issue on monitor
When I klick on "Sleep", monitor is out only 1 - 2 sec and then work farther !

There is no need to 'sleep' the Mac mini. The M series processors use a ridiculously low amount of energy when idle. Simply configure your settings simply to turn the display off after some period of inactivity. Options can be found at System Settings... > Lock Screen.
