If your tag line is correct and you own an iPhone 15 Plus, it isn't capable of running Apple Intelligence, thus you won't have Image Playground. You'd need to own an iPhone 15 Pro or 15 Pro Max or any iPhone 16 model. The 15 Plus doesn't have the RAM required to run Apple Intelligence.
