iOS 18.4 iPhone 15Pro Max, Europe. Playground app is not showing

I have Iphone 15 Pro Max, Im from EU and Ive updated the latest IOs version, Ive turned on the AI but Playground app is not showing, why? What should I do?

Image Playground unavailable on iPhone 16 Pro I had Playground working fine on my IPhone 16 Pro and then after about 4 days all of a sudden I was unable to use it. Message comes up ‘Image Playground Unavailable’. Image Playground is only available when your iPhone and Siri language are the same. Which they are and it was working okay before. Image Playground app missing on iPhone 15 Pro Max after iOS 18.2 update After upgrade to iOS 18.2, why do I get Image Playground app on my iPad Pro 11" (2021), but not on my iPhone 15 Pro Max (2023). I got a message and link to the app on my iPhone' Setting, but when I tap it, I got an error message saying that it was not supported in my country. If that's the case, then why do I got it on my iPad? Is there something I missed? I already try to find the app in Apple Store from my iPhone, but cannot find it Can anybody help me? Apple Intelligence is currently not supported in the EU yet, due to their strict regulations there.
