In addition to lobstersghost1’s sage advice, also the reason why you should always purchase your Apple Products where you reside because any warranty coverage would only be valid in the country/region it was purchased from.

You own an iPhone manufactured for the China Market. As such, until Apple Intelligence is approved (if it will even be approved) for use in China, regardless of where in the world you live is restricted and won't appear in your iPhone Settings. If you don't live in China or one of it's mainlands, such as Hong Kong and Macau, this is a good reason why it's NEVER a good idea to buy an iPhone anywhere other than where you do live and use your phone.

Sorry but there are no “tips or loopholes” we can offer you, as Apple Intelligence is currently not approved in China, and we cannot change that. If you do not reside in China, then the only advice we can offer you is next time to only purchase your iPhone in your place of residence.

Exactly, you have purchased an iPhone not intended for sale in your region. As stated multiple times, only purchase your iPhone where you reside, or these types of issues will occur. Also if you try to get warranty coverage on it, it might not be possible as your iPhone was sold in another region.

Did you read and actually understand what I posted? It DOESN'T matter where you live. You own an iPhone made for the China Market. There is NO WAY to get Apple Intelligence on ANY phone made for China, NO MATTER where you live. If it is ever released for China, your phone will let you have it. If it's never released for China, you'll never get it on your phone.
