Get Apple Intelligence button not working on my iPhone

When I click “get apple intelligence” and then “set up now,” I am returned to the first screen with the “get apple intelligence” option. Nothing is set up or downloading. This is on iOS 18.2. Video: https://youtube.com/shorts/KVvVYiA_aKA?si=XLeKrzyoFGdO4tGy

Installing Beta in a Loop:

Back Up the iPhone:
Important: Be certain to create a backup of your iPhone prior to installing the beta update. That way, you can have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything go wrong after the update install.

I have no clue what installing Beta in a Loop even means? Please explain what you mean by this. Do you actually have experience with Apple Intelligence? Apple Intelligence for everyone is in Beta, but it's publicly released Beta. All of it's features are not yet fully released, so as Apple adds more features in future updates, it's still in Beta. Creating a backup, while good advice if someone is going to replace their current iOS version with Beta software, is simply not applicable for Apple Intelligence. They aren't replacing their iOS. They are simply adding additional features to their phone.

This problem still exists.I saw the video link in the original question and my question is consistent with it.This is a video link.https://youtube.com/shorts/KVvVYiA_aKA?si=U2Ei6lADhftHf_xM

My problem appears in two versions of iOS 18.2 and 18.2.1 . My mobile phone is 16 Pro.And the language and region settings of this machine and Siri are all in American and English. But it didn't respond and couldn't proceed to the next step.

Thanks for the video.

Troubleshooting AI Install in a Loop:

A. Start with a Force Restart:

It’s not in a Boot Loop; it just won’t proceed(hence the words “beta in boot loop). So, I say start with a Force Restart.

Go here: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Ask in the Developer Forums:

AI is still in beta, meaning it is in the phase of development. You can use it at your own depression, but Apple is not responsible for loss of data(which is mentioned in its Terms & Conditions). So, it’s probably no more than bug of its own when it comes to setting this up. So, in all, you should ask your question here: Apple Intelligence - Apple Developer Forums
