Troubleshooting AI Install in a Loop:
A. Start with a Force Restart:
It’s not in a Boot Loop; it just won’t proceed(hence the words “beta in boot loop). So, I say start with a Force Restart.

Ask in the Developer Forums:
AI is still in beta, meaning it is in the phase of development. You can use it at your own depression, but Apple is not responsible for loss of data(which is mentioned in its Terms & Conditions).
