It looks like you have to install a app to do that., Search the App Store for ZEDGE™ Wallpapers & Ringtones

How can I download ringtones for my iPad and iPhone? I recently switch from Samsung to Apple. Now I have a IPad and a iPhone. With my android I was able to download different ringtones for different contacts. And it was free! This was nice to be able to do that so I knew who was calling before I answered it. Does Apple have any like that? And if so do you have to pay for it? If you do Is it a one time purchase? And how can I go about doing this? I could use all the help I can get.
