How can I download ringtones for my iPad and iPhone?

I recently switch from Samsung to Apple. Now I have a IPad and a iPhone. With my android I was able to download different ringtones for different contacts. And it was free! This was nice to be able to do that so I knew who was calling before I answered it. Does Apple have any like that? And if so do you have to pay for it? If you do Is it a one time purchase? And how can I go about doing this? I could use all the help I can get. Oh and one other thing I am pretty stupid when it comes to technology. So if possible maybe you could make it as simple as possible

Thanks

Download Garage Ringtones from the App Store. When you're in the app, click on the + icon, press on Video Library, and select the video that has the ringtone. Then, change the name so it is readable. Then, click on set ringtone and export the video to GarageBand. Long press the ringtone and hit "Share". Then, select "Ringtone", and name your ringtone whatever you'd like. Finish by pressing export on the top right, and click on "Use as..." and select "standard ringtone". Now go to Settings, then Sounds & Haptics, you can see you have your new ringtone installed.
