Apple TV 4K Ethernet drops to 100mbps after sleep

The Apple TV 4K drops from 350 Mbps to 50 Mbps after entering and waking up from sleep mode, confirmed by ookla Speedtest app and posted in many other threads.

Still posting this in case others need to find a solution, and also still an outstanding issue if using auto assign IP address via DHCP.
