IOS 18.2 cannot print to an Epson 2750

In the prior version, I lost the ability to print to my Epson 2750. Through some work with the manufacturer, we determined that the Apple user interface screen was defective on 18.1.1 but that with two changes at the printer to suppress errors on mismatched paper size and quality and a manual override of an automatic setting I could print normally. I submitted information here but could not find anyone at Apple support who would take the results of my analysis.

Now on 18.2, I can’t print even with my workarounds.

Please Apple, have an engineer contact me!

You're not communicating with Apple when you post in the Community. Apple support or customer services representatives do not participate in these forums. We're all just fellow users, helping out as we have time and knowledge to share. If Apple Support cannot help, then you'll need to urge Epson to work with Apple's developer resources directly. There's no way you can contact Apple Engineering yourself.

But perhaps someone here will have the same or a similar model of printer and can either verify your experience or provide suggestions.

Regards.

It appears that a pure text email may print but one with a photo or screenshot won’t because Apple is providing incorrect info to the printer, even worse than the prior version where the programming error was more obvious. I am also periodically getting an error that ny current Epson 2750 is different from a prior Epson 2750. I really wish that I could contact a technical person at Apple
