I am not able to print from my iPhone to my Epson 7100 printer

What is the full model of the printer? I could not find an Epson 7100 model in the list of AirPrint printers. Were you ever able to print to this printer? Is it connected to the same WiFi network as your phone?
Hi. I wonder if the questioner means an Epson XP-7100 printer. I’ve got one and have the same problem. When I bring up the print dialogue it lists only three options (e.g. envelope), and doesn’t offer letter size as an option.

Nothing happens- no messages, no errors notified. The printer does not show any print job either.
