I'd try to:
If the issue still persists, I recommend that you contact Epson support team, check your printer configuration and ask if they have a firmware update for your specific model.

Giulio

The Brother Epson WF-3720 is WIRE on LAN with a valid IP address.
I had the same issue.
Step 1: I reset the Network Settings in the Maintenance Menu of the Printer to Factory Default.
Step 2. I added a physical Ethernet LAN cable
Step 3: confirmed it had a valid IP address.
NOTE: I cannot get Double Sided to Print from the iPhone.
I can get single-sided to work only.
Then try a document and make it black & white and 1 page to test. Try the default IOS Notes App before you try a pdf.
Do you use Epson iPrint?

I had turned everything off and back on with no effect. I had reset network connection on iPhone too. I just reset my Xfinity modem for a second time and that seemed to take care of the problem.
Glad you could work it out :)
I have a brother printer that no longer prints from iPhone XR. I Ran through process. Not on 5 G, IP address matches, router reset with all devices turned off. Nothing worked. Any other suggestions.
