Apple Intelligence availability in EU & compatible devices

I was wondering if Apple Intelligence and its features such as Genmoji, the ChatGPT integration and the redesigned Siri will become available in the European Union (more specifically in France) and if it will be supported by other iPhone series along the iPhone 16 series, iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max and which ones.

Does anybody know anything about this?

1. The features will begin becoming available in April for EU residents.

2. Earlier iPhones don't have enough RAM to run it.
