Intelligence is not available on my iPhone from Hong Kong

My iPhone is ZA/A but I can’t get apple intelligence please help

If your iPhone model ends in CH/A then it cannot have Apple Intelligence at this time as it's restricted by the Chinese government regardless of the physical location of the iPhone.

For China residents: Apple Intelligence will not currently work for supported devices purchased in China mainland. For supported devices purchased outside of China mainland, Apple Intelligence will not currently work if you are in China mainland and if your Apple Account Country/Region is also in China mainland.

When Apple Intelligence is available in the EU or China mainland, previously purchased devices that support Apple Intelligence will be able to activate and use it in that region.

That appears to Singapore/Hong Kong and it too won't be eligible for Apple Intelligence until approved for the region it was manufactured for.

That's correct. Apple Intelligence doesn't care where you live. It simply isn't available on ANY device, which was manufactured for the China Market and it won't be available until or IF, it is approved for the China Market.

Devices are manufactured for regions. This is a shining example of why if you don't live in the region the device was made for, you shouldn't buy it. You should buy your device in the country you live and will use it.
