I down loaded IOS 18.2 on the new iPhone 16 pro, expecting the features that were in the description of the software update. Although after downloading the software my iPhone seems the exact same as before with no new changes to Siri, genmoji and the numerous other features that are supposed to be available with this update. why is this??

Did you turn it on in Settings? Are you in a country where Apple Intelligence is available?
Do you have a device that was NOT originally sold in China?
