I have an iPad Air (5th generation) which equipped with M1 chip and it has already update to iOS 18.2. I tried to click "Get Apple Intelligence" button but it doesnt work. How can I do?

Hmm, I thought I have done all of this but it still stuck in downloading. I can see the button to set up apple intelligence but it doesnt work after I pressed the button many times.
Are you in one of the countries where Apple Intelligence is available? Be aware that Apple Intelligence is not yet available everywhere - in particular, is not available for iOS/iPadOS within EU Member States.
Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPad mini (A17 Pro), and iPad and Mac models with M1 and later, with Siri and device language set to English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, or U.S.), as part of an iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and macOS Sequoia software update. Additional features and languages will be available in April, with more languages and platforms coming over the course of the year. Languages supported in 2025 include Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

I am indeed not part of the countries where Apple Intelligence is available, but I have already changed the language and region settings of my device to the United States. Even so, is it still not possible to get it?
Nice try but don’t even work like that , another user from chile 🇨🇱 he changes that but forgot something, location services it won’t licatd the iPhone in USA 🇺🇸 because it’s in chile same as yours
