All my Notes and folders have disappeared on iPhone

I clicked on my notes app to write something and then I saw all my notes and folders disappeared I thought it was just some glitch so I reloaded still didn’t work switched off my phone still didn’t work I have done everything I tried writing notes to see if it would appear with all my other ones but it didn’t even appear I would leave it go back to my notes app and I would see those notes that I wrote to test weather it would show with all my other notes but I would go back and check if I still have my folders and it would just turn back into a blank screen and those tester notes would just disappear again and then it repeats I have tried re syncing my notes to iCloud but now it just says I have 0 notes I have a deadline to do something and I need to access my notes app please help asap .
