Notes - All notes suddenly disappeared

Hi

Today suddenly all of my Notes got disappeared on my iPhone It’s like I was opening Notes app and trying to open a Note, as I am about to click that suddenly all notes disappeared.

after that ios updated, checked iCloud and found nothing.

During this time my iCloud memory was full and notes syncing to iCloud was on.

Also i couldn’t find recently deleted folder in Notes.

please help on this
