Homekit Notification issues

Hi Apple Fam,

Since updating to tvOS 18 and iOS 18, I’ve stopped receiving HomeKit notifications for anyone arriving or leaving home. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it?

Why am I getting iphone notifications for "My Home"? Around 1am I started getting notifications for My Home saying "A home hub is now responding." Having absolutely no ideas what that meant, I clicked on the notification. It sent me to the app store and downloaded an app called Home. I clicked on the app and after opening, nothing happened. How is it possible an app I don't have installed is sending me notifications? Why am I getting these notifications? What does "A home hub is now responding" mean? How do I stop these notifications? If I don't have an app installed it's not listed under notifications, so I can't shut them off. Apple...(sigh)

HomeKit notification bug Atleast once a day, a notification keeps popping up in my iphone screen that says: I have never used HomeKit, nor have any Home devices, and haven't downloaded the app nor have any devices that it would be connected to it. I’ve searched the forums here and see that others are having the same issue but I saw no resolutions for people with my same issue. I have also checked Settings, Privacy, HomeKit to see if an app or device is requesting access but there is nothing listed. I’ve even made sure that HomeKit is disabled under icloud. My iPhone 13 is currently on 15.6 and up to date. I do not know what else to do. Can anyone tell me something new about how do to get rid of this notification?
