HomeKit notification bug

Atleast once a day, a notification keeps popping up in my iphone screen that says:

I have never used HomeKit, nor have any Home devices, and haven't downloaded the app nor have any devices that it would be connected to it. I’ve searched the forums here and see that others are having the same issue but I saw no resolutions for people with my same issue. I have also checked Settings, Privacy, HomeKit to see if an app or device is requesting access but there is nothing listed. I’ve even made sure that HomeKit is disabled under icloud. My iPhone 13 is currently on 15.6 and up to date. I do not know what else to do. Can anyone tell me something new about how do to get rid of this notification?
