Ordered iPhone 16 Pro Max on 23rd September 2024, the status is still showing Processing. Anyone faced the same issue. Is it really taking that long to get the same delivered?
Chat support is useless, does not respond. The calls are getting unanswered.

Everyone who orders an iPhone has faced the same. Your order will remain in processing UNTIL it is being ready to be shipped, where the status will change to "Preparing to Ship," then soon after, it will say Shipped and you'll receive an email with tracking information. Your order is in the right stage based on the date range you expect to receive your iPhone and there is nothing to be concerned about.

Yes, status changed to preparing to ship yesterday. Expecting the same will reach by 20th Oct’24.
