Iphone order stuck in processing

Hi Johnathan, hope you can help me with my situation.

Ordered my iPhone 14Pro 256gb on November 22.

On Monday December 11 (12 A.M) my card was charged and my delivery page became: Shipment in preparation.

My original delivery today still say December 27 BUT nothing has change since then. I called apple today but they can't tell me nothing but they tell me that is strange waiting for so long if they charge my credit card. At my local Apple store all iPhone 14Pro are back to stock and I can't cancel my order sadly. I need to wait. Is strange that people are receiving their phone but mine is stuck

(My transaction is ok, no problem with the bank)

It will stay as processing until your order ships.

You should have received an email with your expected arrival date.

A couple of days before that it should change to preparing to ship then shipped.
