iPhone order stuck on processing for more than 2 weeks

So I ordered my iPhone 14 Pro Max and it has been stuck on processing stage for 2 weeks now. I was supposed to receive the phone today but its still stuck on “processing”

If you are in the US and have UPS My Choice (if you don’t, sign up. It’s free) you will be able to see info quicker than you will be updated…such as when the label was created if it has been and where it may be currently. The Apple tracker didn’t show it was shipped until the 15th although it had been shipped and held at the Kentucky hub for a few days prior to that.
