How to create a local network in my office.

Hi, I°n my office we are three people, now all of us we have iMac, Mac book , iphone and ipad. I would like to create a local network, and manage all those devices. I'm looking for instructions, but i can't find something satisfying all questions I have. For example how to create Appleid and separate personal informations from Company information... or separate property of devices from users... and more other questions. Can I have an help from you? Suggestion on manuals were find information on how to set a little network?
