How do I create a network of three computers at home?

I have three Macs. Two are running Ventura and one is running Big Sur. They're all on the same WiFi. I need to be able to access the other two from each computer. I've tried turning on File Sharing but that doesn't seem to work. I know I've done this in the past with other computers but I can't figure this out. Can anyone help?

Also, is it possible to add an iPhone or iPad to a network?

Thanks,

Lloyd

File Sharing is the correct option.

With File sharing turned on, they should appear in each other's Finder under Locations.

Are they not appearing there?

Do you have at least 1 folder added to sharing with the appropriate permissions?

Make sure Firewall settings are not preventing File Sharing connections on any of the Macs. System Settings / Preferences ➜ Network ➜ Firewall
