iOS 18 Search without images Issue

Is it just me? In iOS 18 I can no longer block web images and website suggestions in the search feature on my child’s phone that is managed with screen time.  This was not a problem on iOS 17 but now that the search function has been pulled out into the main settings screen I cannot figure out how to keep images or websites from showing up as you start typing in the search. I have turned everything off in the Safari app and Siri dictation in addition to using screen time! Unfortunately it seems that the setting to turn off ‘show related content’ (under settings-> search) is not controlled by screen time? Anyone have any ideas?
