Child is able to delete search history even with restrictions
Ever since my child’s phone was updated to IOS 17, he has been able to delete search history in safari. Before IOS 17 he was never able to delete search history but as soon as the new update released he has been able to delete everything. The “clear search history” button on the bottom right is still greyed out, but he is able to swipe left on anything that was searched and it will permanently delete. I even tried putting parental controls onto my own phone to test it out on another device and it did the exact same thing, I could swipe left and delete the search history. I was wondering if this is just a glitch/bug, or if it was intended with the IOS 17 update? Any info would be appreciated!
